Choose Nuuksion Wäinölä in the middle of the forest or Villa Paratiisi by the lake as your wedding venue. You can combine accommodation in Villa Paratiisi and wedding suite Ainola with your Wäinölä reservation.
The distance from the center of Helsinki is less than 40 km. We’re located in Southern Finland about half an hour from the Helsinki Airport.
Choose a themed wedding or organize a unique wedding in our atmospheric premises. At our Northern weddings, every detail is well planned and we can organize all the arrangements.
WEDDING IN WÄINÖLÄ
WÄINÖLÄ FOR WEDDING
Time stands still in Wäinölä and love close the wedding couple in a wonderful warm atmosphere. Open fire and candles create a cosy atmosphere.
When the tables are placed on the sides, there is room for 40 people to celebrate and there is room for dancing on the middle floor.
For smaller wedding parties (max 24 people), the tables can be joined in the middle to form one large table.
NORTHERN WEDDING
Choose one of our Northern Wedding-thema and celebrate according ancient traditions. We have carefully planned every detail according to old traditions.

There is no kitchen for cooking in Wäinölä.
Every detail in Wäinölä is designed to match the atmosphere: the dishes are made of wood and clay, the benches are covered with sheepskin pelts and traditional Finnish rya rugs to add to the cozy atmosphere.
CHILL OUT BY THE FIRE
In front of Wäinölä there is a barbecue shed with an Ofyr grill and an open fireplace.
You can order the menu for your wedding day through us. We accommodate all your preferences and special dietary requirements.
Our facilities do not have a license to serve alcohol, so you are welcome to bring your own beverages. Wäinölä is a licensed premises where, if you prefer, we can arrange alcoholic drinks for you.
ACCESSIBLE WÄINÖLÄ
Wäinölä is fully accessible also with a wheelchair and there is one accessible dry-toilet.
Forest cabin Ainola is also accessible.
RENT WÄINÖLÄ
Wäinölä’s party space is available for day reservations from 12:00 to 24:00.
When booking the villa, Wäinölä’s rental time is from 12:00 to 12:00, which gives you more time for decorating. Bookings for more than a day include additional firewood and cleaning.
Possibility to reserve a spectacular Ofyr grill for an additional fee.
WEDDING IN VILLA PARATIISI
Villa Paratiisi is a lovely cottage by the lake for summer wedding of 20 people and accommodation for 14 people.
ENJOY SUMMER EVENINGS ON THE TERRACES
The villa’s large covered terraces enable parties by the lake in the warmth of the evening sun. By moving the tables aside, the terrace becomes a dance floor. Terrace has also a fire place and a hot water tub for.
What you find in the Villa
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and crockery for 20 people. There is a 90-liter party cooler on the terrace for drinks.
The villa has a wood-heated sauna, the upper decks of which can accommodate 6-7 people, and for an additional fee, a hot water tank that can accommodate 7-10 people.
There is a rowing boat and we can canoes and SUP boards.
RENT VILLA PARATIISI
The normal daily rent of Villa Paratiisi is from 16:00 to 12:00. When organizing a wedding, it is recommended to book the whole weekend. When booking both Villa and Wäinölä the check out time is 2pm.
Additional firewood and cleaning are included in reservations for more than a day.
Possibility to book the Wäinölä and the Ofyr grill for dinner and forest cabin Ainola for wedding night.
WEDDING NIGHT IN AINOLA
Our lovely wedding suite Ainola offers the married couple well deserved privacy and luxury. Ainola is a log cabin with a large terrace, hot water tub and outdoors shower.

PARKING
There is space for 10/20 cars in the Wäinölä parking lot. There are large parking lots in Salmi’s outdoor recreation area 1 km before Wäinölä and Villa Paratiisi, from where you can carpool to get there.
Another larger parking lot is at the end of Paratiisintie, 500 m away, no winter maintenance.
BILLING
We invoice the venue rent at the time of booking. Regarding other services, we invoice 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 14 days before the booking, in which case the number of participants and special diets must also be confirmed.
