Our actions
We actively monitor the guidelines and development of the situation of the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and other authorities, we constantly update our assessment of the situation and we are ready to change the guidelines accordingly.
Guided programs and meals in Nuuksio’s Wäinölä take into account the safety intervals and the number of people in accordance with the regulations. Nature can be enjoyed safely on our plot, in the Salmi outdoor area and in Nuuksio National Park.
We will take care of your safe stay
- We are actively monitoring the situation, following the instructions of the health authorities and are ready for further measures if necessary
- Disposable hand towels are provided
- We have increased cleaning and disinfection
- Our staff uses a face mask or visor in customer premises when operating in direct customer service (except outdoors when it is possible to maintain a sufficient safety margin)
Help us with your actions during your visit
- Don’t come sick to the lakeside cottage/villa or event or party venue
- You take care of good hand hygiene
- Remember to follow the safety instructions when dealing with staff
- Please follow the coughing label and, if necessary, cough on a handkerchief or arm
- Please take care of the agreed times in terms of arrival time, meals and guided programs
- Take special care while handling the dishes, use the provided gloves
